Registration is required to maintain our SLA records even if you are renewing your plan from a previous year. You will need to update your church information to access the member’s area because all downloads and support tools are located there.. If you have any issues logging in, you should contact technical support and include your Admin email,church name and address as it appear on your church letterhead.
If you received notification, simply follow through with the renewal payment process. If you did not receive a notification but were subscribed to the previous year, you should contact customer service with your church information, it a good chance your renewal payment notification is running a little behind your scheduled renewal notification. Otherwise, you can renew your subscription by selecting one of the plans listed below on this page.
