There are two parts to the installation process.

  1. Core Download
    If ChurchBooks3 is not installed on your computer, you must first install the core database.
  2. Policy Update
    Once the core is installed, contact support using the form below and request your policy update. Your policy update will match your active subscription purchase.

Download Requirements

  1. You must have completed registration.
    Your registration must be completed and approved.
  2. You must have an active subscription for the appropriate download or 30-day trial approval.

Activations are completed within a 48 hours window from the time of purchase. If your download is not active after 48 hours please call (919) 769-4216‬ for immediate assistance. 

For 30-day trial applicants, an inactive button means there is a problem with your request. Your application was incomplete or denied as we were unable to determine your 501(c)(3) Status. Contact support if you would like to complete your registration or appeal.

 

If you've located your download and it is active but you can not download the file, please contact support using the form below.

If you've located your download and it is active but you can not finish your install, please review the troubleshooting video below and contact support using the form below if you can not resolve your installation issue. .

If this is an initial install of the ChurchBooks3 program, you should download the Program core even if you are evaluating the 30-day trial. The appropriate download button should be active simply click to download. Contact technical support with any installation issues.

As a returning user, It is important to contact your support representative to avoid possible data loss. Returning users normally have two choices. Program Upgrade or New Install. In any event, you should consult with your representative about your current data vendibility. know that updating your interface file will not automatically update your subscription. If you already have the green light, the appropriate download button should be active simply click to download. Contact technical support with any installation issues.
